Our Battery Powered Lifting Magnets operate with the use of a battery, with no wires or cords to get in the way.

Walker Magnetics has two lines of battery-powered lifting magnets—the BUX BP Series and BUX BM² Series. These products are compact and extremely mobile, allowing them to be used for a variety of applications and in virtually any location. They are particularly useful throughout the plant, around the yard, in receiving and shipping areas, and in storerooms.

These cord-free magnets are ideal for operating in areas with no direct access to electricity. Areas without a nearby electrical source often require the use of extension cords or generators. Power cords can be a tripping hazard, which poses a threat to safety in the workplace. Both types also feature remote control operation, which allows your crew to lift heavy objects from a safe distance without the threat of bodily injury.

Safety is top of mind when we design and manufacture all of our products. Our battery-powered magnets are no exception. Both series come with audible warning alarms and flashing lights to indicate low battery levels, and will not operate if the battery charge is too low. An interlock prevents magnet de-energization when suspended in the air. They come in a variety of sizes to meet the specific needs of your business.

All of our products are built to be long-lasting and durable. However, should your magnet require repair, we will get it back up and running again as quickly as possible, causing minimal disruption to your business operations.
