returning product for repair, certification or credit.

note: mark outside of package with rma number

Please complete our RMA Form, (read and click on warning image below) print and fax it back to us at 508-852-8649.

An RMA number will then be assigned and acknowledged to you authorizing equipment to be returned for recertification and/or repair. After receipt of RMA Number, return equipment and copy of RMA form to the correct address below.

Do not send equipment in until an RMA number has been assigned to you.

Please allow 5 business days before contacting Walker to expedite repairs.
