When returning a permanent magnetic device, it must be in the “off” position whenever possible. When the magnet cannot be turned “off”, it must be shipped in a crate to protect shipping/handling personnel. The exterior of the crate must be labeled: Caution: Crate Contains Powerful Magnetic Device! (note: * indicates a required field)
