walker conveyorized demagnetizer

Portable Conveyorized Demagnetizers can be rolled into almost any position on a production line to demagnetize a steady flow of machined or welded parts. Once in position, locking casters prevent further movement. The variable speed motor allows convey or speed to be adjusted to match parts flow from adjacent machines or feed conveyors.

A Plate Type Demagnetizer mounted under the conveyor belt produces a field of high flux density to eliminate any residual magnetism in parts moving along the belt. Conveyor belts are 1/8" thick and are available in widths of 6", 8" and 12". The standard belt has rubberized cleats 1" high, spaced as required.

The control panel is conveniently mounted on the side of the unit, within easy reach of the operator. A single switch turns on both the motor and the demagnetizer.
